Count the photos you want to use and the people the film follows. A film for one person with up to 10 photos fits Keepsake. A couple, or a film for a venue, fits Premiere. A life story with many photos, or a film you want to keep online for years, fits Heirloom.
No. Your storyboard is free and shows your photos in order. You pay when you order the film; then you watch it as a preview, and you can ask for a full refund until you approve it, within 30 days of ordering.

Each currency has its own fixed price, set for that market. Taxes are shown as they apply where you live.
We don’t offer 4K. Every film is 1080p HD.
The hosted film is removed after its retention period. If you linked and verified an email address and email delivery is available, we’ll try to remind you seven days before a draft or hosted film expires. Keep a downloaded copy.
A round is one request to make selected transitions again. Each recreated transition uses one extra version from your package’s total allowance. That allowance is shared across all rounds. Completed transitions that do not change are kept. All packages allow re-shoots before final approval, within 30 days of the first film delivery. Approval closes photo and film changes.
Included extra versions use the original photos and selected people once generation starts. You can change framing, order, ages, text, music or style within the allowance. New source photos or a different selected person need a new project. Unchanged completed moments are reused; automatic retries after generation failures do not use the allowance.
On the web, payment runs on Stripe’s secure checkout page. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and with other methods where Stripe offers them in your country.
